PLEASE try these 3 remedies...EVERY time I feel run-down or get that tickly feeling in my throat I take these 3 things and it NEVER turns into a full-blown cold.

1) Olive Leaf Extract by "Herb Pharm"....it's in liquid form, and has no side effects...it immediately goes to work to kill any viruses in you...and it's all natural.

2) "JarrowDophilus", by "Jarrow Formulas"...it will keep the healthy "flora" in your body in perfect balance which keeps your immune system strong.

3) "Emergen-C" Vitamin C packets by "Alacer"

All three can be purchased at "Whole Foods Market", possibly "Trader Joe's", or call your local health food store to inquire about these 3 products.

EVERY friend and family member who has taken this advice, hardly ever gets sick.

For your throat: "Peaceful Mountain--Throat Rescue"
You will NEVER find a more powerful throat spray which is all-natural....soothing, fast acting, and kills bad bacteria on contact.

Cayenne Pepper in capsules (or sprinkled on soup) helps greatly with congestion AND is also an immune systen booster too....and drink lots of organic green tea to help your energy levels.

You'll see!! :) Get well soon!

I am a Grandmother so here is my solution, you will feel better by morning and much better in two days.

VICKS VAPO RUB. Get a jar and rub your chest and put a tiny bit on the end of your nose so you will breathe the menthol in all night. Put on flannel Pajamas. Drink plenty of warm tea, chicken soup, no dairy products, they thicken the mucus and do not keep it thin and clear.

Good Luck

Take a couple of aspirin or Excedrin every 4 hours to keep yourself feeling as pain free as possible. Drink those clear warm fluids, plenty of clear soup. Chicken broth works. Canned is just fine.

Use the Vicks chest rub, aspirin and flannel PJ's for 3 nights and you should be much much better by then.

It sounds like you have a severe allergy...get to a doctor and don't go back to the one you did. Do you have any animals in the house? Try staying away from them, don't let them sleep in your room. Get some one to help you clean your room..dust it and get out any clutter. Move your bed away from any heat or air conditioning vents. Vacuum every day. Get rid of your curtains and put up blinds curtains just hold dust. Check for mold or mildew in your home, are there flowers or plants that may be causing the problem? Hair products or Perfumes? Soaps?
Take out ANY air freshener or potporri in your room. Throw away your toothbrush and get a new one, every time you use the one you have your giving yourself the same germs that you had when you went to the doctor before!!! Go back to the DOCTOR!
Go back to the doctor!

Maybe you should try disinfecting everything, the virus could still be around causing you to be sick for days.
