I think Men enjoy their food a lot but at the end of the day it's you and not the food (or at least I hope it is!!)

You bet, it may be the only way to a man's heart.
Anybody can satisfy a man in bed, no trick to that at all. It's the kitchen that separates the women from the girls and the serious wife material from the bed buddies.
If you are serious about a man, get out the cookbook. A man definitely won't remember the names of the girls that passed through his single life but he'll always remember the meals that the girls or their mothers made for them.
Why do you think his mom is so tough to compete with? Food girl, if mom was a bad cook the boy will marry the first girl who cooked him a decent meal.
If you have ever seen Sandra Lee or Giada deLaurentis, my hubby calls them the cleavage sisters, you will wonder why my hubby and his buddies are in love with Paula Dean. Then there is Nigella Lawson, whom I believe hubby is in deep infatuation with. All cooks who don't have to ask your question.

I have been married 20 years and I will tell you, when I first met my husband he loved that I could cook. Through all the good and bad times no matter what he is always front and center and the dinner table. He brags about it to his friends. Although food doesn't make a relationship it is a life time connection if we were apart to long I think he would starve. Remember if there is one thing you do together everyday it will be eating. Cook with Love not for love.

It worked for the alien in the film "Alien".
I think it works if you lace the food with strong aphrodisiacs or if the guy loves to eat. Personally I have never once wanted to kiss a chef or waitress just because I had a tasty meal.
