You shouldn't be having any major problems because of cigar smoke.
Could it be that you are just worried that you have done something and that has caused you to become more aware of your lungs?

Just relax your breathing, and inhale and exhale normally and focus on breathing normally.

You should be fine.

I havent smoked cigarettes/cigars but I did smoke a shisha pipe and after a while on it my chest felt sore/tight and quite painful for a few hours but it went away I think it was because of all the smoke I was inhaling, and I guess cigars are worse because they have no filter and really bad smoke so that might be the reason its felt tight for so long. I think it'll go away but if it hasnt after a week or so then maybe see a doctor about it.

You should have asked this question two days ago, now I am sorry to tell you, is too late. You will probably die in about 6 to 8 hours of a rare form of lung cancer called,"Cigarsmokeritis".

Don't worry about it, I was the manager of a tobacco shop for three years, and tons of my good cigar customers would inhale their cigars, you are just freaking out over nothing. Don't worry about it, and it will probably go away. If it will make you feel better, go to the doctor, as you probably are getting a cold or something.

Well it's not good for you, but if you only did it once I would think you should be fine. i did that once when I was young. I thought you inhaled like cigarettes. I coughed forever and I was sore a couple of days after, but I'm OK. Just don't do it again. I would schedule a doctors appointment if you aren't' feeling better soon though.

Dont' worry get plenty of fresh air and try to drink 8 glasses of water a day to release the toxins. Try eating foods like broccoli, carrots (moderation), apples etc these foods are antioxdiants. They will help for fats try olive oil make sure it's the real olive oil from Italty.

I wouldn't worry unless you have problems breathing.

You will be ok. You might just be thinking about it too much. If you inhale it, it will burn a little bit, but you will be ok. Drink water. Try not to think about it. If it hurts like by friday or early next week, go to a doctor, but you shouldnt have to.
