www.vegweb.com for recipes Find the rice krispie treats that use brown rice syrup (use corn syrup if you can't find rice syrup), peanutbutter and rice crispies. Vegan cupcakes would be a hit, you can make chocolate flavor with cocoa powder. Sour Patch Kids candies are vegan- and full of artificial colors and flavors making them "just as good as the stuff the other kids are eating." Sour Patch Kids are like gummy bears but are thickened with corn starch instead of gelatin.
Ha, ha, I just read tea freaks comment about dairy for calcium- I guess all the nice people in China have collapsing bones- I've yet to have cheese at a Chinese restaurant. One fifth of the world's population can't be wrong...

Well, I don't have a soy allergy, so my answers might not be much help. So to start, I'd just say to look in the natural foods aisle (Food Lion and Giant have gotten them, I dunno about other stores) or, if you can make it, to a health/ natural foods store. They probably have plenty of things that are special for valentines day, or at least some non-soy vegan food. (Wow, she must be quite strong willed- I don't think that I could stay vegan without my soy goodies! GO her!) Other than that, you can check this list. http://www.peta.org/accidentallyVegan/ Seeing how the things on it are "accidentally" vegan, it's likely that they are soy free. If all else creative and valentine-y fails, bring Oreos! That way it's yummy and doesn't seem foreign either, so she isn't picked on for being the only one eating whatever food you bring.
Ooh! I know! You could make vegan cookies! I know that there are lots of recipes here: http://www.veggieboards.com/boards/forumdisplay.php?f=142. Or you can just modify your own recipes, using soy milk, egg substitutes, or whatever- you probably know that whole recipe tweaking thing by now. And if all else fails (and no one else gives you a good idea, seeing how I seem to be drawing a blank) ask at www.veggieboards.com! They can usually answer questions like that, seeing how many of the members have soy allergies.

She's a vegan at 12 years old...don't you know that growing children need protein (from meat) and calcium (from dairy) to grow healthy and strong? Who's the parent here?
