It depends...I have seen lots of diabetics, who as a result of their disease, have developed a lot of vascular problems. If your "sex problems" are related to not enough blood getting to a certain area, it's possible it can be fixed. I think the first thing to do is find out exactly where the problem is stemming from...is it from your medication, or something else? Good luck.

I think you will find that your sex problems are actually nothing to do with being diabetic, as my boyfriend has type 1 diabetes, injects insulin daily and I can assure you has absolutely no problems in that department.

Type 2 diabetes, is caused by obesity or old age. Either of these could possibly effect your sex life, but I doubt it. I think they are totally unrelated.

My son has type 2 Diabetes and has also developed sex problems the doctor says he can help but it means experimenting with his medication again, so they are leaving things as they are for the moment. Sad isnt it, go to your doctor and explain your situation he may be able to help you. Good luck.
