I think the answer is (A). Diabetic patients get heart disease more easily than others. Hence their heart should be checked at least once a year. Please see tutorials on Echocardiography stress test. (B) If strenuously exercised, it will cause hypoglycemia. (C) Aerobic exercise can be done moderately (D) Insulin shots are not required for all diabetic patients(particularly Non-insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus).
Please see the web pages for more details on Echocardiography stress test, Aerobic exercise, Hypoglycemia and Diabetes Mellitus Type 2.

A - if the doctor advises it.

B - No; the opposite may occur. Exercise is good, strenuous exercise should be discussed with the doctor first. The best exercise is the one you can and will do regularly and consistently without causing damage. 30 minutes of any exercise daily is better than none at all.

C - No. See answer to B.

D - As I don't take insulin - I can't answer directly. But from my reading I think the answer is the opposite - most insulin users inject into fatty tissue AFAIK.

The best answer for you is:

E: see your doctor.

Sorry, E) none of the above. I take a stress test only when called for. I exercise moderately, rarely do I exercise strenuously. I do aerobics often. I don't use insulin. If you're type 2 this will help you more than any of the those suggestions:

Forget anything you have ever been told about Diabetes.

And get this - it has nothing to do with insulin, exercise, diet or anything else you've heard in the past. It's all based on latest breakthrough research that Big Pharma is going Stir Crazy to hide from you.

i do not think any sounds correct...you should check your glucose level every morning if you are diabetic...see your doctor and watch what you eat...this is very important or you could go into diabetic coma or get on dangerous ground..i think exercise is good for everyone...you do not need insulin shots unless your doctor prescribes this type of treatment for you...many people can watch their lifestyle and do just fine...some people may just have to take pills and control your blood sugar,,,

other answes good. it dosen't matter where you take insulin. it dosen't go to muscles. most take insulin in stomach, top of thigh, or arm. insulin is injected into subq tissue, which you get when you pinch the skin.
