No, the FDA does not make specific indications referencing the NYHA. Depending on whether you have systolic or diastolic failure, Coreg would be a better choice for systolic failure, by the way. If you have have inappropriately fast rates, then a combination of Metoprolol and Coreg would be something to consider.
