How far in advance can i safely buy wine, champagne, sparkling juices etc for a wedding reception?

5-6 months in advacne is ok... buy up when it's on sale! Same w/ soft drinks and juices for mixers.

If you have the space, you can certainly get those now! They last forever if kept closed.
