If they aren't pushing it then why would they refuse to label it?

HI V&P! You're up late tonight.

The FDA *IS* pushing cloned meat! WHY? Because there are megabucks to be had by the folks that are paying for our politicians! Haven't you paid attention to the news that all government agencies now have 'political officers' that screen all "science and decisions" that are made public?

Here's the funny part. One of the top dogs at the FDA made this statement (I'm paraphrasing-not an exact quote):

Cloned meat has been tested and found to be just as safe as any other new product we've approved like Aspartame and Splenda.

Thousands of people (like me) spit our drinks and fell to the floor laughing at this "approved" statement since we know just how toxic those products are. Unfortunately most Americans (and fortunately political officers) didn't understand how this guy covered his *ss and backhanded the approval of cloned meat.

As a vegetarian I actually kind of enjoy and support the FDA's decision since it will help to increase the sheeple's distrust of the animal food chain which ultimately helps to save animals lives.

Edit:

Sum12stupid4u you should know that 'organic' does NOT truly mean no hormones can be given to "organic" animals. Any vet can prescribe 'organic' hormone treatments without changing the 'organic' status of the animal.

Probably because they can put the cloned animals in even worse conditions and give them even harsher (cheaper treatment.)

You see what they do to regular animals who people know can think and feel... just imagine what they get away with when they have *product* they can argue against even being real animals.

And why should they label it? Just as they don't care what they do to animals, they don't care what they pass on to people animals. Labeling all the junk and chemicals they put into their *walking steaks* could be just enough to make a lot of people walk away, but no one has made them do that. They also do not need warning labels informing the public that their product may cause heart attacks and other medical conditions. So it only makes sense they wouldn't label cloned animals.

At least those are my thoughts on the topic.
:)

I agree that there ought to be a labeling gadget however the great agribusiness companies do no longer pick that as a results of fact they are conscious of it is going to harm there revenues. i do no longer understand what the undesirable outcomes of cloned foodstuff ought to be, if any yet i in my view have a situation with human beings messing with our foodstuff furnish. i think of extra risky than cloning is genetically changed ingredients, a number of witch are already on the cabinets and likewise are unlabeled. those ingredients have had there genetic shape replaced to furnish them features that don't take place needless to say. the main needed element to undergo in ideas is that the FDA would not provide a rattling approximately your well-being or protection and that they're a %. of assholes

I'm not exactly pro-cloning on anything. I think as it is they've gone too far in commercializing meat. I eat meat, but I typically try to buy it organic so that it's not pumped full of horomones and what not. I can't foresee me really wanting to eat something that, well, by all means, is barely even meat at all....

Gross.
