I would put a call into your doctor. Many health plans have 24 hour nurse lines that will let you speak with someone that can go into more detail about what may be going on.
But there certainly is the chance that it is your stomach, possibly acid reflux (especially if you have been worrying a lot). Taking some calcium (e.g. Tums antacids) might help. Try sitting up instead of lying down. Try drinking some milk or at the very least a glass or two of water. That's my opinion, but always get medical advice from your own doctor, not over the Internet.

The website below says that it has been found safe for your baby to take regular anti-gas medicines during pregnancy...
"Gas-X and other anti-gas meds (Phazyme, Flatulex, Mylicon, Mylanta Gas) relieve abdominal pain caused by excessive gas in the digestive tract. Their active ingredient is simethicone, which is safe during pregnancy. But before trying any medication, we recommend looking at your diet and eliminating or cutting back on foods that increase gas."
But if the gas is everyday that you should see your doctor.
When I have painful gas like this I take a tablespoon of baking soda and with a few minutes have the most releiving belch ever. I'm not sure if its okay to take baking soda while preganant, but if you can take those medicines, I presume a little baking soda wouldnt hurt.

I will tell you from some experience, personally. I had the very same while I was preggo. Chest pains...farting and belching both helped. One doctor, my OB/GYN said, "Oh, it's just gas!" But it got worse....daily, weekly....until I couldn't stand it any more. So, I went to my general practitioner. I told him my symptoms and he suggested an immediate ultrasound...NO, not of the baby, but of my internal organs. Turns out, my gall bladder was FULL of stones and I kept having gall bladder attacks. There is absolutely nothing they can do for it while you're preggo. You have to wait until you have the baby, unless your gall bladder happens to burst before then. (No harm...it's emergency surgery, but you and baby will be fine.) 3 days after I h ad my son, I was on the operating table having my gall bladder removed. Pain was all gone. I suggest trying this. Drink LARGE amounts of water, take some Pepto Bismol, belch and fart as much as possible and stay away from dark colored liquids, caffeine and spicy foods. Doing this, if you have gall stones, will help relieve your chest pain. (It is very common to have gall stones in prenancy.)

Hi Cindi. Your symptoms could be caused by a hiatal hernia. You may want to see your family Chiropractor to have it checked out and 'adjusted'.
Best wishes and good luck.

Never take chances when you're pregnant. Give your doctor a
call and get his/her advice. That's why they get the big bucks.
