No, the only way would be is if there was blood/body fluids on the floor of the shower and you had an open cut or open sore on the bottom of your foot or feet. That would certainly then put you at risk. Note the amount of blood doesn't matter, it doesn't need to be massive amounts of blood to become infected with the virus.
Since I worked in a prison for many yrs. I had a lot of training in many different areas, this was one. I hope this answered your question.

Yes, you can get it from just the vapors. NO!!! HIV is a blood borne pathogen and needs to be transmitted that way. Once it hits air it dies.

Very nearly impossible. There would have to be massive blood in the shower and you would have to have an open wound or touch the blood to a mucus membrane.
