How are condoms made, and how do they get flavored?

(I don't work for a condom manufacturer, but I thought I'd take a quick poke ;) at this one...)

Latex condoms start their life as liquid latex. To form the correct shape, they paint the latex onto a mold and let it dry. The condom is then rolled and packaged. I've considered applying for the position of 'mold' in the past, but I don't want to fly to China where the factories are frequently located.

try ployurathane condoms. Most people that are allergic to latex can use the other... Also: make sure she uses a polyurethane condom on any toys she may have or use if they are not obviously hard plastic.. some toys have latex also and if not they are usually made in factories that make use latex and if she is very sensitive to the latex the toys can contain latex particles from the factory. I am in the business - so trust me...
