Ok, I have posted my health problems seperatly but I want to just put everything together so I can get some answers, advice, or help. Basically I gave birth ten months ago, after two weeks I got sick my dr told me not to take antiobiotics because I was breastfeeding so I didnt however I have never been truly well since then. I have had more colds and whatever was in my chest I guess lingered. In Aug, i smoked a few more cigs then i normally do and I was majorly stressed. I couldnt breathe that well after that I ran to my dr and he said "emphezema" eary stages. I cut down on cigs. However I kept getting the not breathing well symptoms along with fullness, burping and burning and pain in chest. A new dr. said GERD and alittle asthmatic. i didnt take meds because i hate them. However i kept smoking and got worse. I quit a week ago when i couldnt breathe very well and my chest got really tight and painful (cardio tests have been done). I took my inhalor and got alittle better. to be cont..

It's definately time for you to quit the cigarettes. I've been experiencing similar problems and have been for a couple of years; the problems have progressively gotten worse and more serious with each illness.

When you do quit, your body will expell the poisons from the cigarettes and it will make you feel sick for a short period. But you will get passed that. Use your inhaler when you feel you can't breath. GET a Dr you can trust..... As for the GERD, my hubby has it and it comes and goes. There is a lot of symptoms like the feeling of fullness, burping, burning, and vomiting also. I have a mild case of acid reflux and do not think it's related to the breathing difficulties or the cigarette smoking.

You can easily cure your problem immediately by doing the following yogic exercise:- ( The cure is permanent and without medicines and side effects).
Sit crossed legged and close your mouth and take a quick inhaling and exhaling 20 times and then the 21st time take a deep breath and hold it as long as possible and then release it slowly through the nose. Take a few minutes rest breathing normally and start the exercise once again . Do this three or for times in one sitting. You can have any number of sittings a day as time permits you and this .is known as bhastrika pranayanam ( breathing exercise, very best and must as this controls BP, improves circulation of blood whole through the body, prevent lung diseases, increases the brain power, will never get cough or cold and controls your anger and other violent emotions, brings in crimson complextion to the face etc, etc)
In addition if you want consult a homeopath becaue their are some wonderful medicines in homeopathy that will cure your problem.
