A heart murmur is just an extra sound the doctor hears when he or she listens to your chest with a stethoscope. Virtually all heart murmurs are innocent sounds and are completely harmless. The fact that you are an athlete and have been playing for 9 years with out any problems is evidence that this is a innocent murmur and nothing is wrong. I don't think you should be scared and most likely you will get cleared to play softball. Your doctor may have you get a test called an echocardiogram which is an ultrasound of the heart. It is painless and harmless and takes about a half hour to an hour to perform. This test would definitively show whether this murmur is innocent or if there could be something minor going on. Follow your doctors advice. You'll probably be fine. Hope that helps.

Assuming you could actually substitute your grade, attempt doing homework in front of them to enable them to be conscious of you're extreme. perhaps consult from the instructor and see if there is something you could turn in and/or greater credit which you're able to do to spice up your grade. tell your mom and dad you talked to the instructor and you're working annoying are turning out to be your grades up. enable them to be conscious of how significant softball is to you. good luck!
