Yes.

HPV (the virus that causes genital warts) can be spread by skin to skin contact with someone who has genital warts - not just sex.

So, even just rubbing (like dry humping) can cause a person to contract HPV, even if there is no actual penetration.

Also, warts can be passed to a child during birth if the mother has genital warts. This is REALLY rare though.

Yes. If your skin comes in contact with someone else's skin (down below) and they have gential warts then yes it can be spread that way.

they can be transmitted easily through heavy petting, or fondling of infected genitalia. intercourse is not necessary for this one to be contracted

you can get it from the discharge off of someone infected. you don't have to have sex to get them.
