the head of my penis has little bumps on it and it always smells bad what's this mean?

You might have an infection. I would highly suggest you see a doctor as soon as you can. They will be able to properly diagnose you and offer treatment.

If it is an infection they can give you some antibiotics which will clear the infection up. Don't mess around with this - see a doctor. Good luck!

YOU HAVE AN STD AND NEED TO GO TO THE HOSPITAL/ DR. You either have a combinations of std's if you have multiple problems. HPV(herpes) doesn't smell you have lesion like bump. But it's the smelly discharge that informs you something else is wrong (syphilis- rare, trich, chlamydia or both)

It means you should see a doctor. You typically don't want to mess around with the health matters involving the bait and tackle - get it taken care of.

sounds like......Man that can be any STD, but usually with bumps it's herpes, but if it's not rap it up next time.
