HPV is not ALWAYS sexually transmitted.

There are over 100 different kinds of HPV and only about 30 are sexually transmitted. The other 70+ are virtually harmless though.

HPV can cause warts other then genital warts. It can cause hand and feet warts too, and more rarely warts on other parts of the body. It's pretty rare, but if you were to hold someones hand or rub your feet with someone, even giving a foot massage with someone who has warts on their hands or feet, it can cause you to contract HPV. It's not considered a sexual kind of HPV because it doesn't affect your genital area.

Yes, and there are four States that REQUIRE HPV vaccination as one of the vaccination shots needed for school entry for girls that age, but instead of Rick Perry going the easy Courts-tested route, he legislated the Merck Mandate for big dollars (kickbacks, not the 5,000 donation!) and hidden perks.

Other that actually getting a swab of the HPV virus and inoculating your self with it, than no. You can't get this off of a toilet seat. If you can, get the vaccine that just came out, and then you'll be OK, protected from warts, and one less risk factor for cervical cancer.
