if drinking red wine is good for your heart because of an antioxidant in the seed and the skin of the grape.

then is eating grapes also good for your heart????

If your a minor.. stick to Grape Juice... watch your fat intake.. eat a balanced diet.. and get some cardio every day.. about 30 minutes. If your over 21 and have no family history of alcohol abuse.. then maybe a glass a night. 4-5oz... Red wine.. cabs are supposed to be pretty good. .Research it online.

Maybe hard to measure antioxidants BUT by eating grapes you will tend to east less fatty foods during your snack times. That is healthy for you.

Red grapes may have some antioxidant efects if dresh,but pomegranite juice is known to be very effective antioxidant.as are blueberries.
