I've been reading your other questions, sounds like you deffinately have something going on. I also see you're an ER tech, so you should have an idea something isn't right. Is the pulse ox tracking ok?, does your radial pulse count match what the oximeter is reading for your pulse? If it does, you know it's not the oximeter itself, or circulation problems to your hands. Also as an ER tech you should also know that 83% spo2 is bad, very bad. As for the ABG, I honestly don't know why you have an 83% reading on the oximeter and 100% on the ABG other than poor circulation. My advice is to get to a good cardiologist that will get to the bottom of this for you.
BTW if your sat really is 83% you need supplemental oxygen, at least until you can get whatever is making your sat go so low fixed. Low O2 levels are very hard on the heart and will do further damage which you don't need...

That your PaO2 from the ABG was 100mg/Hg is great. The SpO2 of 83% from pulse oximetry is not so great but pulse oximetry accuracy suffers from motion and the reading can appear to be low. Was this a walking pulse oximetry? The ABG is a more reliable measurement.
Your tachycardia may be have been due to your cardiac condition and/or the asthma.

This is a question you should really be addressing to your cardiologist and pulmonologist. They know your medical history and your meds. I'm working with a minute amount of information about you.

Yes, you are an ER tech which means you are at least EMT 1 certified. You should know better than to post a question like this. What's your angle?

Your Y!A profile says you're an ER tech so you must have at least SOME medical training. Why are you asking all of these medical questions?
