Can I use sugar strips from accu chek active with my accu chek Go?

I have a diabetes meter called Accu Chek Go but a friend bought me Accu Chek Active by mistake and we can't return it so my question is can I use sugar strips from accu chek active with my accu chek Go?

No, you can't. I have both meters. The "Active" strips are twice the size of the "Go" strips and are also quite different physically.

The Active is an older meter, discontinued in my country although the strips are still supported here.
