The disease is called "pulmonary Edema"
It tends to show up with people with Congestive Heart Failure.
Congestive heart failure is when the heart doesn't expel blood from itself effeciently.
Blood Comes into the heart and it pumped to the lungs where it is oxygenized, from there it goes back to a different part of the heart to get pumped to the rest of the body.
In the lungs, the little sacs are filled with blood, which exchanges C02 for Oxygen, When the blood flow there is not adequate, fluid seeps from these sacs and fills the lungs just like pneumonia does which stops efficient O2 exchange.
