You have nothing too worry about. Those Blood Pressures are normal. If you want I will be happy to review your medications or your daily routines, such as workouts, age and etc. to give an exact answer. As long as your BP stays above 90 systolic and 40 diastolic you are in a normal range. Some people tend to stay a little lower. If you drop into the 80's systolic that is a cause of concern. Your BP can be explained by a good diet, regular excercise resulting that you are in good shape, or you could be on medications that will keep your pressure a little lower. The bottom line is that it is better to run a little lower then higher.

people should not just look at readings, they should also go by how they feel when monitoring low bp. if you're not dizzy, feeling faint, and not short of breathe, don't worry about bp like that. do you have high bp, is that why you're taking it so much? If you are having problems with any meds or feeling bad, you should call your doc.

Yours is fine.
The only bad symptom of a low blood pressure (like if you were to start taking some medicine that lowered it) would be that you might have a tendency to get light headed or faint when standing from a sitting position.
Or if it gets WWAAYY too low its called death but that's 0/0.

Its very normal for the blood pressure to fluctuate throughout the day, during different activities and during rest and sleep each day. Your blood pressure reading's are very good, there's nothing to worry about. Take care. SW RNP
