I have found a way to keep it better than just wrapping it. I put it in a deep plastic container, covered it with a damp (not too damp) clean cloth. Put the lid on tight. Keep in the veggie section of your fridge. One day is OK, any longer and it's done!

Sushi is best eaten fresh (and within minutes of preparation).

It will "keep" but it will not taste that great as fresh is best.

yes it will but as everyone is explaining to you it won't be as tasteful as it won't be fresh if you really want to enjoy it it really has to be fresh but I wouldn't keep it to long.

ive never figured out a way to get it to store well... the Nori and the cukes always get slimey and rubbery.... :(
