A bad cough , green sputum and sometimes a high temperature.
Sometimes a shortness of breath depending on the severity and sometimes pain particularly in the lower chest, not a muscle pain from strain of coughing, but a sharp stabbing pain.

Constant coughing, a rattly chest and maybe shortness of breath. I woke up in the night with mine, gasping for air.

When the colour of the mucus that you cough up is green and yellow in colour. Just had one and that is what my doctor told me.
