You betcha! I found that allrecipes.com has some great vegetarian recipes, but I would love to swap some of my favs. I frequently make this vegetable omelet for dinner that I absolutely love! Sauteed onions and red bell peppers, folded into (cage-free) eggs, with kidney beans, organic shredded cheese that melts over the crispy edges of egg, simply seasoned with salt and pepper. If you'd like the recipe let me know, and I have plenty more. I would love to hear some of your tasty recipes too!
