1)There is not cure for arthritis
2) antibiotics for sore throats or stop the drainage causing the throat to be sore
3) tylenol for fever and curing cause of the fever
4) depends on what causes the stomache ache
5) don't "cure" heart attacks ...they have already happened but you treat the heart problem after the attack and practice safer healthier eating habits, take your medicine as prescribed, watch your cholesterol and tryglycerides, exercise per the doctors instructions

Pine bark extract is great for arthritis.
Squeezing fresh lime to the back of your throat helps a soar throat amazingly.
Sometimes a fever is beneficial because it is killing bacteria in your body by heating up your body to a temperature that most bacteria cannot live at. I suggest if it is only around a 101 leave it be. You will feel better quicker. This is part of our natural immunity that has worked for millions of years. Of course if a fever continues see a doctor.
Stomach aches are best cured by drinking Aloe (found in nutrition stores)
As for heart attacks avoid stress as much as possible!!!
