I got diagnosed with the herpes simplex virus (type 2) about 3 years ago, whilst I was still in college and had a stupid one-night stand. I know lots of girls say this, but I swear I had never done that sort of thing before. You can try some online dating services for people who have genital herpes. I have personally never tried any of them, but I know a few people who use them.
Just do a search using a search engine like Yahoo or Google. Type in something like "herpes online dating" and you'll find a lot of sites with other single people dealing with herpes. Good luck!
