The person you are describing is on a fast path to developing diabetes and heart disease. As for a time line, it's impossible to determine "when" a person will develop a disease. But these are things we do know:
1) She is fast approaching menopausal age. Prior to menopause, women are somewhat protected from heart disease via the benefits of estrogen. However, women who have gone through menopause have the same risk of developing heart disease as a man does. Strike one.
2) Type II diabetes generally occurs in those who are overweight and over 40, although it is now seen more commonly in younger patients due to the diabetes epidemic. Strike two.
3) Hypertension (high blood pressure) often contributes to heart disease. Strike three.
4) Family history of heart disease. Strike four.
5) "Strange heart beats" is a bit too vague, but some abnormal beats (dysrhythmias) can be caused by heart disease. Strike five.

I would highly advise this individual to change her ways, seek medical advise, and have a thorough check up. She's lucky she has you in her life to watch out for her. Good luck!

I'm a 45 year old woman and was recently diagnosed as being a borderline diabetic. My doctor prescribed some medication, but before filling it I decided to do some research on the internet which led me to the methods. After reading this ebook and applying the methods, my scepticism turned to 100% belief. I noticed that my energy levels increased significantly and I felt more rested in the morning, my symptoms started going away.

I am very happy to tell you that I have been feeling better than I have felt in years and my doctor informed me that he will be taking me off my prescriptions if I keep this up.

I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

It is impossible to say how long she has or when a disease may have its onset. However, with a strong family history of diabetes and heart disease coupled with poor eating habits and sedate lifestyle, it is only a matter of time before she presents with these conditions. Hopefully, she does not smoke.

Honey, you can't fix her. Sounds like she has made her mind up to not try.
You need to do something for yourself: remember, the only person you can fix is you. It might be a good idea to back off, or you could get really hurt. She's committing suicide slowly.
Don't let her take you with her.
