under what the balls the penis if under balls try talking to a doctor is there a scab on the side of the penis thats syphlus if theres a discharge and a pain or burning on urination thats ghonorhea but maybe its a swollen prostate so go to the county health clinic its based on income and need and you can get treated without having your name released but they will need a list of your partners to test
