4 days after triple bypass what does shaking of hands & irregular heart beat mean?

Please explain why heartbeat is now irregular after having triple bypass surgery 4 days ago. Patient said heart is like a car starting but not firing on all cylinders. These palpitations are making his head move to the left side. Adrenalin drip may be administered if tablets do not work.

it means have them get your doctor over there and adjust the drip.
