Yoga is the meeting with the higher self!!
"Yoga" means joining, attaining an another higher order!!
Just like the river meets and mingles with the Great ocean leaving all its identities!!
Or else why should one wants to move on, journeying, and finally to meet and melt in to the Higher one!!
Take, an ordinary water! If one is in real dying-thirst, even an handful of water is greatest God for him! He now actually not drinking the water, in fact the water does Bhog with him!!
When, one day as any body else in the last hours, your breath longs for a little air to breath in, the "hair-breadth-air" shall be felt like a great divine Goddess by you!!
Then actually, your breathing organs, will realise and feel the "Bhog" with that divine Goddess!!
YES, UNLESS YOU KNOW THESE LIKE TRIVIAL "BHOGS" AND CROSS IT, YOU WILL NEVER RISE UPWARD TO FEEL THE UNION WITH THE HIGHER SELF and HIGHER STATE OF SAMADHI called EQUNANAMOUS STATE with the Super Intelligent, God, Nature, Dhamma or the HIGHER SELF!!
SO, WHAT OSHO, THE BEAUTIFUL CREATION EVER PRODUCED PROUDLY BY GOD, SAYS IS ABSOLUTELY TRUTH!!
In your own phase of time and evaluation you will definitely feel that Truth one day in this birth or in the Next!!

Mr.sunil i do not know weather you are married or not. secondly did you know about meditation? then it is possible for you to make decesion other wise you will be confused.
