what is the difference between & which is the better one -Putting a stent, Baloon angioplasty, byut stenting.

Actually the "PTCA" and the "Stent Implant" are done at the same time. This is because the stent is placed using a "PTCA" balloon. The "PTCA" balloon crushs the Plaque narrowing open, but the problem is keeping that spot open for a long period of time, thus the stent is placed there.
This has turned out to be a good idea, but the Patient MUST adhere to "Proper Diet" and exercise, to help keep the stent open, of course along with the medication.

They're the same thing. Percutaneous Transluminal Coronary Angioplasty is balloon angioplasty.

A stent will help keep the LAD open.
