Yesterday i check my lipid profile... my total colostrol level is 233 ... and my ldl colostrol 172... how to reduce ldl colostrol.It is usefull for garlic, green tea anything reducing LDL...?

1. Cut out all saturated and trans fats from your diet.

2. Do not eat foods high in cholesterol.

3. Eat more carrots, clinical testing has proven that those who eat more carrots have lower cholesterol levels.

4. Take an omega fatty acid suplament (no more then 3 grams a day) and make sure it contains all of the following: dha, epa, vitamin e, ala

5. Exercise, do more cardio.

6. Lose some weight, if you are overweight.
