You don't need any, but it's not a bad idea to take one. As long as you get enough carbohydrates you will get enough protein. I just ate bagel, it says on the back that it contains 12 grams of protein. You'll be fine.
If you ever have kids you could just breastfeed. People can say I'm sick, but it's much more natural and healthy for your kids, than drinking cows milk, and I would assume it has more fat in it than that processed stuff. Just feed them a healthy diet and you don't have to worry.
You won't need calcium that's for sure. Humans are the only animals that drink another species milk. It's not natural. You can get iron from plant sources, or just drink soy milk. If b12 is ever a problem, some fortified soy milk will help with that, too.

If you are a strict vegan your diet is seriously deficient in protein, iron, calcium, most B vitamins, and a few minerals. A multivitamin will not do it. You need to talk to a nutritionist or a doctor and get the proper supplements by prescription. the OTCs are usually not enough. While there you should have your hemoglobin checked to be sure you haven't already lost so much iron that you are anemic. If you choose this diet for your children you will have to be very careful with their diet and supplement with some kind of animal fat in order to make sure their brains develop properly. Hope this helps.

Ugh. Look at these idiots saying "protein" and "animal fat".
All you need to supplement with, assuming you eat healthily, is B12, but most plant milk products are fortified with that and calcium as well.
May as well take a multivitamin daily as insurance, though. As should the meat-eaters!

Vegans also will more than likely need a protein suppliment, as well as the ones you list above.
To PsychoCola: They do make non-animal based protein suppliments. I think I even used a few when I was playing football. Next time, don't add words to what people say.
