PF Changs is fabulous. It's not your typical chinese buffet, it's all menu ordered. They mix their own sauces at the table (along with the explanation that soy sauce is their salt, vinegar is used to cool a dish). If you don't eat alot I suggest asking for half size dishes since they bring everything out in dishes big enough more then one person can eat off of. You can tell everything is very fresh and well prepared. Whenever we go I like to order the Chicken Lettuce Wraps as an appetizer (a must have and you can even eat this as a meal for one), Mongolian Beef for my main dish (super tender and just the right amount of seasoning) and Banana Spring Rolls (think the chinese spin on banana's foster) for dessert. It can get a little pricey if you don't control the urge to order everything on the menu ha.

My wife and I ate at one in Cincinnati and Charlotte and both times were delighted!! It does not have a buffet. And, may I suggest that you get the lettuce wraps as an appetizer. It is great!! It is a higher class Chinese restaurant. Very nice. But I dont mean its formal. Just alot nicer than your "run of the mill" chinese restaurants.

yea, PF Chang's is not the typical chinese restaurant. No buffet, all cooked fresh, great service, great environment. And the food is soooo good. My favorite is the Kung Pao scallops, but they also have all the normal chinese fare, like lo mein, chow mein, egg rolls, etc. only way better.

No buffet!
The Chicken Lettuce wraps are good.
The WonTon Soup is for 2+ people.
Get the brown rice w/ your meal. It's good and chewy and nutty. Yummy.
If you like scallops and spicy foods, get Kung Pao Scallops. My favorite!
Dan Dan Noodles are also good, but a bit hot.

They do not have a buffet. But, they have a great variety of things on their menu, plus their food tastes just GREAT and is healthy, too (as long as you don't get the deep-fried kinda stuff, ya know).
P.F. Chang's is also a great place for vegetarians/vegans to eat, as they have a wide variety of dishes for them.

Wow! Are you in for a treat!?! This is not your usual Chinese fare. Many traditional dishes done in a wonderful way. Service is excellent and everything is cooked fresh. Don't miss the experience.

I tried their Stir-fried eggplant, Mongolian beef, Sweet and sour chicken, they are all excellent! The Great wall of chocolate as dessert is something you don't want to miss.

i don't think they have a buffet, but order what you normally do, so you can see how good it is compared to take out.

I love the bubble drinks there...large black tapioca that you drink thru a large straw and it is in a flavored drink mix such as plum. It is very good and sort of fun to drink.
