This started in 2005 when I thought I had food poisoning from bad pork. I Belched and pooped uncontrollably for 4 days; was getting better but sought medical help with a script of flagyl. I avoided pork, and now just about anything will aggravate my stomach/intestines. I pass diarrhea, liquid feces sometimes anytime, but now moreso during sleep when my system seems relaxed. This excrement is extremely foul and can go on all night.

The candida (yeast) infection was propagated when you had the antibiotic. Your doctor should have known better. Now you've got to work on the candida infection. Search "candida albicans" or "candida" cure for more info. The biggest part of candida control is keeping your sugar down. May I suggest learning from someone who has been there?... Me:

CANDIDA

About 80% of Americans have systemic candidiasis to some degree, and it is today's most undiagnosed problem.
Symptoms include a general sense of unwellness characterized by fatigue and muscle weakness, sleep disorders, anxiety, digestive complaints, vaginal yeast infection, skin disorders such as rashes, hives and itching, diminished sex drive, headache, chemical sensitivities, depression, muscle and joint pain and genito-urinary problems, and the inability to lose weight.

This may be the cause of a candida infection: Although Candida albicans is a common yeast found in our digestive system and throat, when we are exposed to anti-biotics, birth control pills, corti-steroids, or prednisone the good bacteria which normally keep candida under control in our systems are killed off and the candida can overgrow. When the candida yeast gets out of control, it morphs into a MYCELIAL FUNGAL FORM, becomes invasive and grows rhizoids (spiral tails like cork screws) which then burrow into our intestinal wall. These rhizoids leave microscopic holes in the intestinal wall which allows toxins in the form of undigested food particles, bacteria and candida into our blood stream. When this condition occurs the overgrowth is called Candidiasis or a SYSTEMIC yeast infection. One indication of candida is oral thrush or a white coated tongue.

Not sure if you have a candida? Take a saliva test tomorrow morning!
When you awake in the morning, before you put anything into your mouth, work up some saliva and spit it into a clear glass of water. You want to observe the reaction of the saliva in the glass about every few minutes for up to 30 minutes. If there are strings coming down from your saliva, if the water turned cloudy, or if your saliva sank to the bottom, you probably have candida!
(You may want to put out a glass of water in the bathroom or on the nightstand the night before you wish to do the test just to remind yourself not to brush your teeth prior to spitting into the glass.)
(Yes, we have seen people test negative for yeast with this test. If you do NOT have a yeast concern, your saliva should stay at the top of the glass and will eventually dissipate.) If you DO test positive, you need to get rid of the candidiasis to start feeling better.

Although infection, colitis, cancer, and others issues can cause symptoms such as yours, your symptoms are very similar to bile salt diarrhea. Have you ever had gallbladder issues or your gall bladder removed?

Bile is a thick yellow fluid made by the liver. It helps you digest the fat in your diet. Between meals, liver bile is stored in the gallbladder, a little sac beneath the liver. When you eat, the gallbladder squeezes and releases the stored bile salts into the small intestine to help with digestion. After food is digested and absorbed, the bile salts are reabsorbed at the end of the small intestine and recycled to be used over and over again. When the gallbladder is surgically removed, the liver must make more bile salts, and more are released between meals because there is no place to store them. The increased amount of bile salts can sometimes overwhelm the small intestines' capacity to reabsorb them. The excess spills over into the large intestine, or colon, where bile acts somewhat like a laxative, leading to diarrhea.

Have you had any stool samples, blood work or a colonoscopy? These tests can rule out other serious causes.

In regard to bile salt diarrhea, there is no cure for this problem, but treatment is available. Once it has been established that bile salt diarrhea is the problem, treatment is usually prescribed to lessen the symptoms of diarrhea and urgency. The mainstay of treatment is a powder called cholestyramine resin. This medication is primarily marketed as a drug for people with high blood cholesterol. It comes as a powder that is mixed with about 6 ounces of water. Several formulations are available such as Locholest, Locholest Light, Prevalite, Questran, Questran Light. It also comes in a tablet form called Colestid. Much like a chemical "sponge," this medicine lowers blood cholesterol by trapping and inactivating bile salts in the intestine, preventing their reabsorption. By trapping bile salts, cholestyramine also helps patients with bile salt diarrhea. The dose required to treat this condition is usually only once daily.

However, other common causes of your symptoms include; Cystic fibrosis, gluten-induced enteropathy (sprue, celiac disease), malabsorption, idiopathic steatorrhea (fatty stools with no known cause), disaccharidase deficiency (insufficient amounts of the sugar-digesting enzymes), short bowel syndrome, Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, infectious colitis (colon infections), and chronic pancreatitis.

You should see a doctor and have your stool tested if you have not already done so.

Good luck to you.

You answered your own question: "insulin dependent and in poor control." The result is that you're system is in real bad shape. See a doctor and work real hard at getting yourself in control.
