I was diagnosed with HPV about 7 months ago. I don't have any of the strains that cause warts, only abnormal cells that could potentially turn into cancer over the years. I'd been having what felt like uterine cramps and ovulation cramps for weeks/months at a time which is what forced me into the OB/GYN after not seeing him for over 3 years. I still have very mild uterine cramping virtually all the time, but the 'ovulation pain' in now only when I ovulate.

Have any of you experienced this as well? What other symptoms have you experienced?

Thanks:).

Personally I never had any cramping caused by HPV, and mine was the same as yours just abnormal cells. However my cramps are caused by Endometriosus. Now that can b painful. It kinda like your normal period cramps times that by 20 or more and that's what you have. Now if you have had a baby it would be like the beginning of labour cramps. Maybe you should see if you have another problem, cause that doesn't sound like HPV to me
