if you have a little bump and it hurts and its white and you rarely get them does that mean you have herpes? or is it white cause its gonna pop?

Sounds more like an ingrown hair or even a small zit. Razor burn can also cause that if you shave your genital area.
Herpes sores are usually EXTREMELY painful. They are usually large, red, swollen, and hurt! The open and puss a clearish liquid. They then scab and heal over. The first outbreak can last weeks without any kind of medication.
I was in so much pain during my first outbreak I could hardly walk or even sit down. I was prescribed two antiviral medications and Vicodin for the pain. It was horrible!
In my opinion it sounds like it's just something like an ingrown hair. But, if you think you might have herpes you can always get tested. It's just a simple blood test. Good luck!

it could be herpes if it is inside the vagina or even on the outside, they come in cluster of little red bumps and if they bust they leave a ulcer looking thing and it is extremly painful.
See a doctor right away, don't wait.

It could be herpes but it may also be an infected hair follicle, especially if you shave there. Good luck

doesn't sound like herpes. Sounds like a pimple or infected hair follicle. If you are worried, get it checked out.
