My boyfriend came in from his shower tonight and said that he'd found a rash on the head on his penis. It wasn't so much of a rash as little red pin pricks. There were a lot tho, I haven't noticed them before. Is this a sign that he's allergic to something or that he has an STD maybe?? Please don't abuse me with silly answers.... I'm really, really worried. Thank you....

it could be nothing, it could be fungal. it doesn't sound STDish. If its still there in the morning, time for your man to swallow his pride and go to the doc and show him his junk.

My husband gets that sometimes. He seems to be sensitive to different kinds of laundry detergent, soaps, etc. If you have changed something recently, then stop using the new product.
My husband takes Benedryl and uses a topical allergy medication when he gets it and it does go away.
Stay away from intimacy when he has the rash. Your body fluids can irritate the rash and the rash could irritate your skin as well.
If it doesn't get better soon, have him see the doctor.

It is a possibility that he may be allergic to anything. It can be a food, detergent, clothing material, or anything that touches his skin or runs through his blood. And it is possible that it can be genital warts. I would have him go to a doctor just to be on the safe side. However, now that I see you said "little red pin pricks", it is most likley an allergic reaction.
