Try fitday.com. Not only can you get the calories and nutrients for each food item but it will also chart out the whole day for you in terms of how much protein, fat and carbs you ate. You can also set goals for different nutrients and it will tell you if you are meeting them. In addition you can also put in customized foods (meaning your own recipes) so you don't have to "plug in" every ingredient each time you make it. It's a wonderful resource and a free on-line program.

http://www.thinkvegetables.co.uk
This site gives the calorie, carbohydrate, protein, fat and fibre content of more or less every vegetable ever.

A table of lots of fruits' calorie, carbohydrate, protein, sugar, fat, and fibre contents, plus several vitamins.

http://www.calorieking.com/foods/
This site has the nutritional values for lots of food items including both fruits and vegetables. It's a bit of a pain to navigate around though (I think).
