I turned vegetarian because I love animals so much and because I've always been a fan of peta.
I never liked veggies so when I changed all I really eat is grilled cheese, cheese pizza anything with cheese, somes I will eat vegetarian lasagna but thats all i really will eat with veggies.
I bought Vitamin B12 Pills at the store and I'm taking those, are there any other vitamins I need to buy?

You really don't need to worry about the B12. You get B-12 in dairy, eggs and it's added to enriched bread and cereal.
You might need to pay attention, though, to the amount of iron you get. It isn't in dairy products, but it is in beans, beets and spinach.
If you're not eating veggies and fruit, you aren't getting vitamins A & C, phytochemicals and fiber; you need some grains for B vitamins, carbs and fiber as well. You're just going to have to find some fruits and veggies you like, because without them you're going to have health problems sooner or later.

I hope you're at least eating that grilled cheese on whole wheat bread. Put some tomato and/or spinach on it, or maybe sprouts, lettuce, onion?
The vegetarian lasagna is healthier with whole wheat pasta, and you can add spinach and broccoli, maybe some grated carrot to the cheese filling and have a salad on the side.

First:

I have to figure that anybody trying to live off cheese hasn't been doing it for very long at all. That 'restroom' problem will probably show up soon enough...

There's more than just basic vitamins in food. You need to drop the PETA garbage for a while, and pick up some books on basic nutrition. I doubt animals really want you to eat them, but I also doubt that they want you to treat yourself like garbage, either. There's no way to supplement a junk diet like that into something healthy.

Really: book on basic nutrition. B12 is in eggs and dairy; it's usually needed for vegans, but not vegetarians.

A good video on PETA for you:

Given that PETA apparently brainwashed you into eating very poorly without bothering to tell you anything about nutrition, I think you shouldn't be so much of a 'fan' of theirs. Encouraging kids to start unhealthy diets that they'll never be able to stick to is not a good way to encourage honest change.

It does make me wonder what on earth you were eating before, though. I take it just a little tomato sauce is enough to prevent scurvy...

I love cheese too, but, damn. That means putting a bit of feta on my salads, parmesan on my veg-heavy spaghetti, etc, etc. How old are you? Grilled cheese and cheese pizza and little else is a classic fussy toddler regime.

I'm going to guess you're quite young and otherwise quite healthy, but a diet like that sounds like an excellent way to be feeling 65 when you're 25. Even if you feel fine now, the damage will definitely show up eventually.

In addition to clogging your arteries, you are not getting any of the vitamins you need besides the ones you bought. You need to take a multiple vitamin, but this will not, and cannot replace the nutrients that one receives from real food. You also need fiber--especially with all the cheese you eat--and you're not getting any of that. Try putting some veggies on your pizza.

I'm a vegetarian since 12 years. Vitamins are important but so is protein. I drink a protein shake in the morning, that really keeps you filled up and gives you power. Drinking protein shakes is better than eating to much cheese, because cheese has a lot of fat in it!

If that's all you're eating as a "vegetarian", go back to eating meat. You are really depriving your body of essential nutrients, fiber, and protein. Taking pills should be a last resort, as most of this should come from the food you eat. Pill form and the natural form of what you're missing are quite different. I'm not sure how old you are, but if you are still growing, you could really harm yourself by continuing this way of eating. I suggest you either start forcing yourself to eat fruit and veggies or revert back to your old diet, even though you love animlas. You're risking your health.

Ok I’m just going to work though this.
Good for becoming a vegetarian, and I’m happy you love animals but if you do PETA maybe the wrong way to go. They are classified as a terrorist organization and the most of the animals that come into their possession are killed.

http://www.petakillsanimals.com/ (see the chart on the right hand side)

(I got my information from several news paper articles but these websites seems to have some of the points, I recommend you look around the net a bit.)

Now on a lighter note, frankly I don't like veggies that much either, the only way they should be raw is on a salad and with ALOT of dressing so it took a lot of experimentation on my part, I found that I like black bean patties with rice, also I make a masterful stir fry, you just need to find things that you do like , the best part of my having become a vegetarian is the fact that now I really get to play with food. Also I’d like to note that it sounds like you're filling up on bread and cheese that is a very fast way to get fat, not to mention constipated.
If you're more of a fast food person, taco bell makes a great bean and rice burrito, which has plenty of protein which you need and Great Wraps (usually in the malls) has a delicious falafel wrap with loads of veggies and cheese (since you like it so much), they also have a simple veggie wrap, that and fries, I’m in a gooooood place.

As for the vitamins you need, you really should talk to your doctor, my doctor game me vitamin recommendations (a list of names), and a meal plan to get me on my way.
This is a great guide with a lot of info, please read it as I don't want to see you sick. After all I’ve lectured you, we're like family haha.

on a final note i'd like to point out you can't just take bunch of vitamins , you will get sick as most of the stuff in the pills gets flushed out with the rest of your body waste , you need to eat a more balanced diet ,eat diffrent foods , take notes from your favorite resturants menus , go online and do the research .take care of yourself , i'm just glad you have the brains to ask .

Quorn makes tremendous pretend hen nuggets. My youthful ones and that i are vegetarians, not that they devour that many vegetables, LOL. We make such issues as breakfast for dinner, hand-crafted mac and cheese and baked beans, hand-crafted fettucine alfredo (there's a copycat recipe for Olive backyard's alfredo on-line that purely desires 4 substances and is to die for!), and residential made pizzas, veggie subs, baked potato evening, etc. we do not devour the "pretend" meats too a lot yet once we do, Quorn makes the superb.

Besides the fact that this is obviously unhealthy, you are probably doing more harm to animals by eating cheese then just eating their meat.

"With cows, the story is quite similar. Just as hens lay fewer eggs as they age, dairy cows produce less milk as they get older. Even though a cow can live twenty years, most dairy cows are sent to the slaughterhouse at age five. Additionally, the veal industry could never exist in its present form without the existence of the dairy industry. Since cows must be impregnated to give milk, calves are a byproduct of the dairy industry. Each dairy cow produces about five calves during her lifetime, only one of which on average will become a dairy calf. Male calves — since they cannot become dairy cows— are often sold to the veal industry for about five dollars each. The flood of cheap calves created by the dairy industry allows the veal industry to survive in its current form."

no vitamin can replace the nutrition you require from vegetables. if you refuse to eat meat, and you refuse to eat veggies, then you are not vegetarian, you are starving yourself. you will end up with hopelessly clogged arteries (and intestines) from all that cheese. eat a salad for pete's sake! if you are eating pizza, chances are you are 1) eating a meat based tomato sauce and 2) eating some type of veggies as well (onions, garlic, tomatoes, are all in pizza sauce) in said sauce. regardless of whether you eat vegetables or not, vitamin b12 pills are not going to help you without other actual nutrition.

Did you know the dairy industry tortures and kills just as many animals as the meat industry? There are 10 cows enslaved for your cheese fest right now. While a normal cow lives 20 year, the average dairy cow is slaughtered after just 5 or 6 years. So if you're living on cheese you're still killing cows.

Also, if you're living on cheese, you don't need vitamins. You need an AED.
