There used to be a show called "This is Your Life" where they would surprise a celebrity with a collection of photos and stories from his/her life and bring in long lost family and friends. Given how long and full her life has been, wouldn't it be wonderful for everyone to bring their own memory page of grandma to put in a scrapbook and give it to her to see how much she means to everyone...? And if you can track down someone she's not had so much contact with in recent years, all the better.

This is what me and my family did for my mother-in-law it takes time though gather all old photos from family members but have them to put their names on the back so u know who to give them back to once u have lot of old photos take them to a photo shop where they can edit all the photos together like a slide show it will come like a dvd and then get slide show machine and during the party have everyone to sit down and watch all the photos of your grandmother growning up over the years so get as many photo's of her as u possibly can it is awesome good luck and enjoy the show have a nice day.

If she has friends and knows about the party have a tea party.Food, tea and reminisce with everyone. We done a tea party at our Church and it was fun.We ate then I had all the ladies to bring a single item(more if they wanted to)from their home that was old and unique. After we ate,we then got a chance to tell everyone about the items we brought. They were displayed around before the party started and everyone got to enjoy them. You would be surprised at how proud some of the ladies were of their collectables, myself included....Hope this helps...

Do a retro thing with music and decorations from when she was 16 or something like that. Maybe Frank Sinatra music, the Andrews sisters, etc. A sock hop! Get some of her old friends to send greetings or pics or video of themselves wishing a happy one. Is there something that she always wanted to do. ie skydiving, going to Hawaii.
What did she do in the WWII era. Maybe some of that. Get some of her old pictures of that time.
Do a this is your life type of thing. With pics, friends, etc.
