If you were in a city centre after vigorous raining (wet floor) and you had holes in your shoes and then rain water goes into your shoe onto a cut in your foot, can you get hiv? Note that the floor were full of chewing gum that could be used by a hiv positive. Also liquid from a large surface area of pavement got into your cut inside your shoes. Anything could have happened to the pavement and hiv can survive long especially in winter temperatures.

HIV is a wimp. it can only survive in the most perfect circumstances, ie fresh blood to fresh blood.

"HIV can live long in winter temperatures" shows that you don't know a thing about viral organisms. Read a microbiology book and rest easily.

I think you may be a little confused on HIV and AIDs infection. No, this would not give you HIV, and the virus cannot survive outside of the body for long periods of time even in the winter.

if your in a city center the rain that would be coming down would be toxic(because pollution from cars contains methyl mercurry which is one of the most deadly substances on the plannet), it would sanitize anything germy but it itself is a neurotoxin :( hiv+ unprotected sex inst even a sure fire way to contract hiv let alone kissing or gum thats couple days old. but its deffinately possible if the gum was fresh and if they didnt brush there teeth and you were bleeding.

No. No, no, no. HIV isn't infectious very long outside of the body anyway. Who told you that?
I think you should worry about something more important.
