is a pool party dorky to have for a 14 year old! with boys coming and indoors?

A pool party can be cool with the right mix of people of ANY age! It doesn't matter indoors or out, but indoors at a private pool is different and not the usual thing, so it won't be dorky! Just make sure (as stated elsewhere) to have a lot of fun food and good music-- as you would for any party! A pool party is not dorky if the people aren't!

Is this a water party or billiards type swimming party? No party is dorky if it is well planned and executed. A good idea might be to have pizza making ingredients available so the kids can have something to do and for interaction. An "icebreaker" so to speak. This would work for either type. If it is a water party I would make sure their is supervision. Get an older teen to lifeguard so your child doesn't think you are a spy and make sure no kids are cruel about other people's bodies. Not fun , just mean.

theres nothin wrong with a pool party. dont listen to the last person who said u have to be 12 and just a gurl cuz pool parties are fun especially when ur in high skool.

no. it could be though if you dont invite lots of people and make sure you have lots of opportunities for all your guests to play a game all togeather and make sure there arnt any guys or even girls who sit around the pool and look bored the whole time because that can ruin the party for other people.

Sounds fun, then the food will be easy to put together.If the pool is deep watch the boys when they are in the pool...Have fun.

ITS SO FUN! i love pool parties i went to my friends sams and i was the only girl! YIKES it was still a blast have a pool party! greatfood,coolmusic, and FUN FUN FUN! im sure your sun will love it!
