Depending on how old the fluid is on the toy. If you immediately use it after someone else did, without cleaning it first, then the chances of exchanging the virus through the fluid is very high. But if you clean it well enough so that all fluids are gone and it's squeaky clean, then I don't see the problem. But don't take my word for it... =]

In theory, yes, although it is not very likely for most STD's as they die quickly when exposed to the air. However, you should never share sex toys! (just to be safe)
