it's equal to 35 servings of M&M's 945 grams of sugar, 315 grams of fat, 210 grams of sat fat and 7350 calories. I need to know if there will be any complications other than the calories. I didn't think that drinking water could kill you...so I'm just checking. It's for a wager.

You will be buzzin' for weeks! Hopefully you are not considering this if you are diabetic....

Water can kill you.It dilutes the sodium in your body that your body must have to survive.Eating all those M&M`s will not hurt you other then getting a upset stomach and the runs.I take it for granted you are not a diabetic. If so then dont eat the candy.

If you're a non-diabetic - who knows; sounds insane to me.
If you are a diabetic - then it would be incredibly silly to put that high a glucose load into your blood in that timescale. At least ask a doctor instead of us before you do so.

well--it depends on your body and how you do with caffeine--You will be taking in a lot of caffeine and too much caffeine causes some people to have heart palpitations, etc...also--I don't know what other chemical additives are in the m&m's...but in small amounts they could be irrelevant--if you took them all at once--your body might have a reation--might--you never know--becaue there is so much artificial junk in everything these days...

If you have reactions to caffeine--watch out--and get ready to come crashing down--you will have a major sugar high--remember the old twinkie story--about the guy who ate too many and went crazy--well--sugar does amp people up---watch yourself...

that's my 2 cents...

Other than a really bad stomach ache, i'm not sure, might not hurt to consult a doctor first, i hope its for a really good bet.
