Doubt it.

Go to a dermatologist. They'll be able to tell you what it is and what you can do to get rid of it.

If you are really concerned it is HIV or AIDS though you can always go to your family doctor and get tested. It's just a simple blood test.

Unless you had oral sex with a guy or girl, then I would say it's just a pimple...
