Do you follow a low GI (glycemicindex) diet? That will help you control your blood sugar levels. Please take a look at the site...

My mother lost a leg to diabetes so I know how important it is to control your blood sugar.

You may have an infection of some kind and not even know it.
Infections can cause blood sugars to skyrocket- so maybe some blood work is in order. If you had the high numbers only a day or two it may be insignificant, but if it's almost a week, you might want to have blood work done. Plus, stressing over this might be making it worse, (stress affects me, but I'm T2). Better to be safe than sorry so go see your doc.

I'm a 45 year old woman and was recently diagnosed as being a borderline diabetic. My doctor prescribed some medication, but before filling it I decided to do some research on the internet which led me to the methods. After reading this ebook and applying the methods, my scepticism turned to 100% belief. I noticed that my energy levels increased significantly and I felt more rested in the morning, my symptoms started going away.

I am very happy to tell you that I have been feeling better than I have felt in years and my doctor informed me that he will be taking me off my prescriptions if I keep this up.

I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

Your pump may not be functioning properly. That scares me (I am a type 1 also) Mine spike like that from time to time I don't use a pump (too scared of it not working) so i have always thought mine was due to my error (not enough insulin)

Your period may cause this sometimes. If that is not the case, try a new vial of insulin. I assume since if has been a week, you have changed your cannula.

Call your doc and ask for his advice. Only your doctor can tell you what to do since he is the one that is familiar with your case and can advise you.

See your doctor immediately; damage is being done, even if not apparent.
