BISI BHELE BHATH (Bangalore/Karnataka speciality).
My grandmother made it the best, havent been able to find or duplicate that since. A little ghee & some papad, was heavenly.
I am still on my culinary journey to find her BBB recipe.

South indian food remind me of home, of the places i grew up.
My absolute favourite of dosa...any kind of dosa like rava or masala or plain ghee!!! dosa is south india;s best creation!!
i also love our malayalee fish curry :delicious!!
