Veggie bibimba -- kind of spicy Korean dish
First, have some rice handy -- leftovers are fine.
Grate some carrots, and fry just briefly, then season with garlic and sesame seed.
Thaw out some spinach, and do the same seasoning. (or fry and season fresh spinach)
Fry some moyashi bean sprouts, and season with garlic and sesame, too.
Cut some tempeh and fry it with a nice vegetarian barbecue sauce/hot sauce.
(About three minutes of frying for each ingredient)
Now, in a pre-heated heavy skillet (it can be the one you did all the frying in), add about a tablespoon of sesame oil per person. Add one to one and a half cups of rice per person. Spread it out in the skillet to form a 2 cm thick "pancake" and turn the heat down to low. On the top, arrange your veggies and tempeh (if you don't use tempeh, just add some hot sauce to the top of everything). If you can eat eggs, crack one or two eggs in the center of the veggies. Cover, and cook on low until the rice is brown and crispy, and the eggs are firm. Then mix the whole thing up and serve with some hot sauce and oyster sauce.
Very delicious! And it sounds complicated, but it's extremely easy. You can be eating within 20 minutes, easily.

I make a couple of really great cakes from box mixes! German Chocolate Cake: one prepared(not cooked, just mixed) german chocolate cake mix, and one plastic can of german chocolate coconut pecan frosting. You combine the two and mix until combined, and bake as directed on package. This is one of the moistest and most delicious cakes I have ever made, every woman who has eaten a slice has asked for the recipe! They are always shocked to learn how simple it its. Chocolate pudding cake: One package of Jello cook and serve pudding cooked and cooled, and one Chocolate cake mix prepared(not cooked, just mixed). Pour the batter into a bundt cake pan that has been greased and floured. Next pour in the pudding. Bake at temperature in instructions until the top springs back when you touch it. While the cake bakes, the pudding sinks to the bottom of the pan. Once it is cooled completely, you will put a plate upside down on top of the pan, and flip them both over together. When the cake comes out, the pudding is on the top! My family goes nuts for this one! Black Forest Cake: one prepared devils food cake mix(again not cooked, just mixed),and one can cherry pie filling. You pour the batter into a glass 13X9X2 pan. The you drop spoonfuls of the filling all over the top of the cake. Bake as directed on the back of the box, and allow to cool completely before serving. I like to whip up some cream with a TBSP. sugar and a tsp. vanilla, and serve on the side. This cake is so moist and delicious, you would never believe it was from a box mix!

- mixed boiled egg and potato for a plain egg-potato salad
- combine slices of onions, tomatoes and other favorites in olive oil as salad
- stir fry, use different sauce mixes available for variety like oyster sauce, sesame oil, hoisin, peanut oil
there should plenty of quick cooks are vegetables aren't really intended for long cooktimes
